🌱 Shaping the Future of Farming and the Agri-Food Sector 🌱

Today’s Conference on the Future of Farming, hosted by the European Commission, brings welcome attention to the challenges facing EU agriculture. As we look to the future, it’s clear that 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺-𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲.


The 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗶-𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. From farm to fork, all parts of the food chain—including the food industry—must be actively involved in shaping the path forward.


At 𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗘, we believe in a balanced food systems approach that aligns agricultural practices with evolving nutritional needs, innovation, and sustainability goals. We're hopeful that the food industry will be brought more closely into the conversation—because supply and demand must go hand in hand.
