Recommended daily consumption of margarine




🔍 Are we misusing the term #UltraProcessedFoods? Probably yes. There is a fundamental misconception between food processing and food’s health profile.



1️⃣ How processed a food is, reveals nothing about its nutritional impact.


2️⃣ Nutritional composition and quantity/portions play a key role in determining the healthfulness of all foods, including processed.


3⃣ Besides helping consumers maintaining healthy diets, #Margarine & #plant-based spreads also carry heaps of benefits for the planet.
